Victory Rail

• The Victory Rail system features floor mounted, knee-high rails, welded W4-13 beam frame with 3/16” plate with a downdraft or adjustable level water cutting table supporting full sheets of 4” plate, all welded steel gantry, Yaskawa servo drives and comes in sizes from 5’x10’ through 10’x30’. This system features Hypertherm EDGE Connect TC controller and choice of Hypertherm XPR170, XPR300, or XPR460 liquid-cooled plasma power supply. Options include Hypertherm ProNest with True Hole, ¾ HP drill, multiple oxy-fuel torches, multiple plasma cutters, 14” diameter outboard tube cutter and SnapLoc straight-line bevel. Rail machines are available without the cutting table for installation over existing or buyer-built tables.

Victory Bridge

• The Victory Bridge system features floor mounted rails, welded W4-13 beam frame with 3/16” plate with a downdraft or adjustable level water cutting table supporting full sheets of 4” plate, all welded steel gantry, Yaskawa servo drives and comes in sizes from 5’x10’ through 12’x65’. This system features Hypertherm EDGE Connect TC controller and choice of Hypertherm XPR170, XPR300, or XPR460 liquid-cooled plasma power supply. Options include Hypertherm ProNest with True Hole, 3 HP drill, multiple oxy-fuel torches, multiple plasma cutters, 16” diameter outboard tube cutter, and 5-Axis full contour bevel or SnapLoc straight-line bevel. Bridge machines are available without the cutting table for installation over existing or buyer-built tables.

Victory Unitized

This system features a welded W4-13 beam frame with 3/16” plate with a downdraft or adjustable level water cutting table supporting full sheets of 3” plate, all welded steel gantry, Yaskawa servo drives and comes in sizes from 5’x10’ through 8’x20’. This system features the EDGE Connect TC controller and your choice of Hypertherm Maxpro200, XPR170, XPR300 or XPR460 liquid-cooled plasma power supplies. Options include Hypertherm ProNest with True Hole, ¾ HP drill, oxy-fuel torch, and SnapLoc straight-line bevel.

Victory Pro

• A medium-duty, turn-key plasma system modeled after our flagship Unitized system engineered for the Maxpro200. Perfect choice for those in need of a 100% duty cycle, dual-gas, liquid-cooled plasma cutting system. The Victory PRO features a fully welded water or downdraft table supporting full sheets of 1 ½” plate, adjustable water level, an all-steel gantry, and dual-side servo drive weighing about 4,800 pounds. This system includes the Hypertherm TC controller and is available in 5’x10’ or 6’x12’. Options include Hypertherm ProNest LT, Oxy-fuel torch and SnapLoc straight-line bevel.

Victory TS

A light industrial, turn-key plasma system modeled after our flagship Unitized system. The Victory TS is an excellent fit for trade schools or those looking to purchase a lighter duty system. The Victory TS features a fully welded water or downdraft table supporting full sheets of ¾” plate, adjustable water level, all-steel gantry, and dual side servo drive weighing about 3,800 pounds. System includes the Victory TS controller powered by Hypertherm’s Phoenix operating software and is available in 5’x10’ or 6’x10’.
